13. 18. These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only. 
19. Under no circumstance will the Offer being offered be settled in cash. 
20. DBS and Flipkart reserve the right to,without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever,add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these T&C or to replace,wholly or in part,the Offer by another offer,whether similar to the Offer or not,or to extend or withdraw it altogether. 
21. Flipkart or the sellers shall not be liable for any failure by DBS to honour the transaction due to any technical issues as a result of which the transaction made by the Cardholder was not successful.

23. The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold Flipkart,DBS and seller harmless against all damages,liabilities,costs,expenses,claims,suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by such sellers as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions,of the terms of user agreement,privacy policy (subject to change) as mentioned on the Platform;(ii) violation of applicable laws;and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the part of the customer. 
24. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till the end of the Offer Period i.e. 31st July 2017 for Offer 1. Any query regarding the Offer 2 will be entertained till 10th Sept17. Post such date,Flipkart or DBS will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any customers/ persons.
